Gimlet
Ingredients
- 2.5 ounces gin
- 0.5 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 0.5 ounce simple syrup
- lime wheel
Method
Add the gin, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or an rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
