Gangster’s Paradise
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces rum
- 0.5 ounce rum
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 0.8 ounce heavy cream
- 0.8 ounce passion fruit juice
- 0.5 ounce cinnamon syrup
- 1 drop turmeric oil
- edible orchid
- pineapple fronds
- shredded carrot
Method
Add the rum, spiced rum, pineapple juice, heavy cream, passion fruit juice, cinnamon syrup and turmeric oil into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Pour unstrained into a hurricane glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with an edible orchid, pineapple fronds and shredded carrot.
