Frozen Negroni
Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 0.8 ounce Aperol
- 0.8 ounce sweet vermouth
- 3 drops bitters
- 1 pinch salt
- orange peel
- grapefruit peel
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender with a handful of pebble ice. Blend until well-incorporated, then pour into a double rocks glass. Garnish with one peel each of orange and grapefruit, placed in the shape of an X in honor of Scotland’s flag.
