Falling Leaves
Ingredients
- 2 ounces riesling
- 1 ounce pear brandy
- 0.5 ounce orange curaçao
- 0.3 ounce honey syrup
- 5 dashes bitters
- star anise pod
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a star anise pod.
