Evergreen Terrace
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces tequila
- 0.5 ounce Dolin Génépy des Alpes
- 1 ounce yerba mate simple syrup
- 0.5 ounce lemon juice
- 2 dashes bitters
- 1 dash bitters
Method
Add the tequila, Dolin Génépy des Alpes, yerba mate simple syrup, lemon juice and both bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
