El Volcán
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 0.5 ounce mezcal
- 0.5 ounce Aperol
- 0.8 ounce lime juice
- 0.5 ounce agave syrup
- lime peel
Method
Add the infused gin, mezcal, Aperol, lime juice and agave syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice ball. Garnish with a lime peel.
