Eclipse
Ingredients
- 1 ounce añejo tequila
- 0.8 ounce Aperol
- 0.8 ounce Heering cherry liqueur
- 0.8 ounce lemon juice
- 0.3 ounce mezcal
Method
Add the tequila, Aperol, Heering cherry liqueur and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a rocks glass containing a 2-inch ice cube. Float the mezcal on top.
