Ingredients
- 1 ounce mezcal
- 0.5 ounce Dolin genepy
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 0.5 ounce lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce simple syrup
- 2 dashes bitters
- orange peel
Method
Add the mezcal, Dolin génépy, orange juice, lemon juice, mint simple syrup and bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
