Method
Fill a coffee mug with hot water and set aside. Add all ingredients except the tea into a mixing glass and stir (without ice) to combine. When the mug is warm to the touch, discard the hot water and pour the mixture from the mixing glass into the mug. Top with the tea. Garnish with a lemon twist.
