Cucumber & Rose Collins
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Hendrick’s gin
- 1.5 ounces cucumber juice
- 0.8 ounce lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce rose syrup
- slice cucumber
Method
Add the gin, cucumber juice, lemon juice and rose syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
