Chi Chi Organico
Ingredients
- 2.5 ounces pineapple-infused Square One Organic vodka
- 0.5 ounces pineapple purée
- 1.5 ounces Coco Lopez cream of coconut
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- pineapple wedge
Method
Add the pineapple-infused vodka, cream of coconut, heavy cream, pineapple puree and Angostura bitters to a blender with 10 ounces of ice and pulse until smooth. Pour into a highball or Hurricane glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve with a straw.
