Cherry Bulldog
Ingredients
- 4 Bing cherries
- 2 lime wedges
- 1 pod star anise
- 1 teaspoon demerara sugar
- 2.5 ounces gin
- 0.5 ounce port
- 2 cherries
Method
In a shaker, muddle the cherries, lime wedges, star anise pod and demerara sugar. Add the gin and port, fill with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with 2 speared cherries.
