Caribeño
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Puerto Rican white rum
- 4 ounces coconut water
- 0.3 ounce lime juice
- 0.3 ounce rich simple syrup
- lime wedge
Method
Add the rum, coconut water, lime juice and rich simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Squeeze a lime wedge into the glass and drop it in the drink to garnish.
