Buddy’s Busy
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces heavy whipping cream
- 1.5 ounces bourbon
- 0.8 ounce Bärenjäger
- 0.5 ounce Jeppson’s Malört
- 0.8 ounce honey
- 0.8 ounce lemon juice
- 6 ounces chai
- nutmeg
Method
Add heavy whipping cream to an empty bottle, and shake for about 1 minute until lightly whipped. Add the bourbon, Bärenjäger, Jeppson’s Malört, honey and lemon juice to a mug or other glass, then add the hot tea. Top with the freshly whipped cream. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
