Brother’s Keeper
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces rum
- 0.5 ounce Fernet-Branca
- 0.5 ounce demerara sugar syrup
- 5 drops bitters
- 5 drops bitters
- orange peel
Method
Add the rum, Fernet-Branca, sugar syrup, Angostura bitters and chocolate bitters into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over 1 large ice sphere. Express an orange peel over the top of the drink to release its oils, then garnish with the peel.
