Brian Boru
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Celtic honey liqueur
- 0.5 oz Cherry Heering liqueur
- 0.3 oz Lemon sherbet
- 5 dashes absinthe
- 3 dashes Chamomile tincture
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Method
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
