Blue Hawaiian
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces light rum
- 0.8 ounce blue curaçao
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 0.8 ounce cream of coconut
- 0.5 ounce lemon juice
- pineapple wedge
- cherry
- cocktail umbrella
Method
Add the light rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a hurricane glass over pebble ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, cherry and cocktail umbrella.
