Blood & Sand
Ingredients
- 0.8 ounce scotch (choose one that isn't too peated)
- 0.8 ounce sweet vermouth
- 0.8 ounce Heering cherry liqueur
- 0.8 ounce orange juice
- orange peel
Method
Add the scotch, sweet vermouth, cherry liqueur and orange juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
