Bit of Tongue
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Aperol
- 1 teaspoon Absinthe
- 0.8 ounce grapefruit shrub
- Cava
- orange twist
Method
Add the Aperol, absinthe and grapefruit shrub into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled flute, and top with the cava. Garnish with an orange twist.
