Benton’s Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 ounces fat-washed Four Roses bourbon
- 0.3 ounce grade B maple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- orange twist
Method
Add the fat-washed bourbon, maple syrup and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Express the oil of an orange twist over the cocktail and drop in the twist.
