Beet Rose
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Ketel One vodka
- 1 ounce fresh beet juice
- 0.8 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 6 mint leaves
- prosecco, chilled, to top
- Garnish: mint sprig
- Garnish: lemon twist
Method
Add all ingredients except prosecco into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with prosecco. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon twist.
