Beauty Elixir
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 0.8 ounce strawberry purée
- 0.5 ounce cucumber-infused water
- 0.3 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 0.8 ounce simple syrup
- 0.5 ounce brut cava (or other dry sparkling wine)
- dehydrated lime wheel
Method
Add the gin, strawberry purée, cucumber-infused water, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
