Aquarelle
Ingredients
- 0.5 ounce strawberry cordial
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce gin
- 0.5 ounce Pineau des Charentes
- 0.5 ounce Salers aperitif
- basil sprig
Method
In a double rocks glass, add the strawberry cordial, then the lemon juice, followed by the gin, Pineau des Charantes and Salers aperitif. Add 1/2 scoop of pellet ice, and gently stir. Add more pellet ice to top off the glass, and shape the ice into a rounded crown peaking just above the rim. Garnish with a basil sprig.
