A Lonely Island Lost in the Middle of a Foggy Sea
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Rhum J.M Agricole Blanc
- 0.5 ounce rum
- 0.5 ounce rum
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 0.8 ounce demerara syrup
- 0.8 ounce lime juice
- 0.3 ounce cold brew coffee
- coffee beans
- pineapple leaves
Method
Add the rhum agricole, blackstrap rum, Old Port rum, pineapple juice, demerara syrup, lime juice and cold brew coffee to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Tiki mug or other tall glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with coffee beans and pineapple leaves.
