50/50 Martini
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 1.5 ounces dry vermouth
- 1 dash bitters
- lemon twist
Method
Add the gin, dry vermouth and orange bitters to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
