Method
Add the George Dickel Tennessee whiskey, Meyer lemon juice, maple syrup, egg white and blueberry jam into a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) for 10 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled 8-ounce Mason jar or a Bordeaux wine glass. Float the wine on top using a spoon.
